Returns & Exchanges

There is a strict no return and refund policy. All customers are advised to view product at our showroom prior to purchase. Exchanges can be allowed on a case-by-case basis, provided product is not damaged.

 

Please note, a exchange fee of $80 will apply to cover delivery charges. For orders below $1,000 a restocking fee of $100 will apply. For orders above $1,000, a restocking fee of 20% of the invoiced amount will be charged. 

 

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment to receive a full refund in the form of store credits. After 24 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the invoiced amount.

Non-Cancellable Items

Please note that promotional, "As-Is", or display items marked as "on sale", "display set", or "as-is" are strictly non-cancellable. Additionally, made-to-order products and items cannot be cancelled.
