Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Fees

  • A delivery fee of $80 applies for orders below $1000.

  • Please ensure someone is present during delivery, as assembly and installation will be carried out indoors. Kindly make space for the setup.

  • The delivery location must be accessible and safe for installation. If delivery or installation cannot be completed due to access issues, a $80 return trip fee will apply.

  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 3 working days before the scheduled delivery. Last-minute rescheduling incurs a $80 rescheduling fee.

  • Failed deliveries due to no-shows, incorrect addresses, or location restrictions (e.g., cut-off times, parking restrictions, or unnotified delivery deposits) will incur a $80 fee for each additional delivery attempt.

  • Upon delivery, please inspect your items and report any defects before signing the delivery order. We will not be responsible for damages reported afterward.

  • If you decide to return an item upon delivery, a $80 return fee plus a restocking fee of $60 (for orders under $500) or 20% of the total order value (for orders over $1000) will apply.​

Staircase Fees

  • For locations without lift access, a $40 per level per item fee will be charged.

  • Notify us at least 7 working days in advance if stair carry is required.

  • If an item is too bulky or heavy to be handled by two delivery personnel, additional charges will be quoted separately.

Warehouse Storage Fees

  • We offer free storage for up to 3 months before delivery.

  • After 3 months, a storage fee of $50 per item per month will apply.

Furniture Disposal Fees

  • Our team can assist in disposing of existing furniture at the delivery location:

    • Small items: $30

    • Medium items: $80

    • Large items: $130

  • Disposal services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline requests based on safety concerns.
